Introduction
Hi. My name is Ana, and I’ve been a patient at Thames Street Dental for four years.
How did you find Thames Street Dental? Why did you choose us over other dentists in Kingston?
It was just around kind of the Covid time and it was a bit of a difficult time to to find a regular dentist. We had just moved into the area and we were trying to look for somebody that was reliable. But in as well that had good reviews and had a good kind of stable set of patients in the, in the region, in the, in the city. And what we did was going through different reviews online and that’s how we found Thames Street Dental. And again, the patients were always very happy very happy to recommend the practice. So we decided, I decided to, to join. And I’ve been very happy since I’ve done that at four years ago, so.
Dental Treatment & your Experience – What treatments have you had, and why did you choose them?
We’ve had the, I’ve had the regular treatments like the hygienist, other things like, as well as just to replace some old fillings that were really, really old fillings. And also a couple of years ago, we decided to do, and was a good thing, to do and really pleased with the whole Invisalign treatment. I had some crowding on my top teeth, kind of top row and kind of the bottom as well. And the whole the whole process was, again, very easy, very straightforward. And I’m really, really happy with the results
Since joining Thames Street Dental, what are your thoughts about the practice and the team?
I’ve been very pleased with, again, the quality of service, how welcoming everybody is. And I was also very happy that, again, all the reviews that I had online about, not just the quality of the treatments, but again, the quality of the staff and the kindness and the general caring nature of the staff was all there, so, I again, it’s been four years. It’s gone by in a flash. We’ve done many different things from, again, as I said, from fillings, to hygienist, to the Invisalign treatment and again, I’ve been very happy throughout, and even my husband is part of the practice now as well. So again, we are both, we both open to it.
Anything else you would like to share?
Yeah. I would definitely recommend the Thames Street Dental practice to people that in the, in the region around Kingston and they are looking for a new dentist. Again, I would strongly recommend the Invisalign treatment if you are worried about and if you are worried about how it looks, but then also about how kind of sometimes those imperfections or those things that are out of line can generate additional problems with your teeth or additional, kind of gum issues if you don’t treat them right. So, Invisalign treatment is really something that makes you look good. Your smile looks good. You feel better, but it again, it’s good for your teeth and good for your general health. oral health actually as well. So that’s that’s why I recommend it as well.
