We know it can be difficult for many due to past traumas and experiences (often starting during childhood) and we know there is a lot of fear and anxiety around visiting the dentist. That’s why our goal at Thames Street Dental is to make every single patient feel comfortable, calm, and safe when in our care – whether that is for dental treatment, or just receiving advice about their oral care.

Every member of our team has been trained with treating everyone with kindness and compassion, and to provide reassurance that each patient will be well looked after. I have been to a few dentists in Kingston before, and nothing compares to the service and care I have received here! I’ve been treated by a couple of dentists at Thames Street Dental and they have shown kindness and professionalism, and really know what they are doing. I have also always found their prices to fair and reasonable.

I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else now, as I feel so comfortable with the team here. It is obvious they care about their patients as they always have the time to speak to you and show genuine interest rather than rushing you out the door which is what I have experienced at other practices. I actually look forward to my appointments (I would never have thought I would say that about going to the dentist).
