This may vary if you are at higher\/lower risks of certain dental diseases. Having a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thames-dental.co.uk\/mk_staging\/dental-hygiene-scale-and-polish-kingston\/\">professional clean (hygiene scale\u00a0 &amp; polish<\/a>) every 6 months will help remove the build up of bacteria under the gums and remove tartar which is most common around your lower front teeth.
