Introduction
So my name’s Lucy. I’ve been coming here for about a year. I originally came for just for a check up and clean, and then I decided to have Invisalign done, and I’m really happy with how it’s gone.
How did you find Thames Street Dental? Why did you choose us over other dentists in Kingston?
Well, I found Thames Street Dental to be… the whole team, to be really friendly, really professional, really welcoming. I’ve really liked the level of communication and the information that I’ve asked for has always come very quickly. I chose Thames Street Dental, firstly for its location… so it’s really convenient being in the middle of Kingston, which is near where I live. And also just because of all the great things I’ve heard about it, and all the good reviews I’ve seen.
Dental Treatment & your Experience – What treatments have you had, and why did you choose them?
So I think I’ve had a hygiene appointment before, but my main thing has been the Invisalign, which I chose just because I wasn’t completely happy with my smile. I had a couple of wonky teeth, and although it wasn’t a major thing, I just thought that I wanted to kind of invest in my future smile, and a good smile will last you the rest of your life. I thought it was worth doing, and I liked how Invisalign is very subtle. So the retainers are very subtle, and it was relatively quick to have my teeth straightened.
Anything else you would like to share?
Just that I’ve had a really fantastic experience, and the whole team has been so welcoming and professional, and I’ve had a great experience.
